Nowadays, the World Wide Web is very essential for any organization or individuals who would like to post any important material or information, create a site for his e-commerce business, and interact with Internet users. In case a person is not aware of the risks of being exposed in a public web site, the possibility of being attacked and penetrated by hackers can be harmful and dangerous to his security.

When the security software is approved, he may display the seal logo of authentication from licensed organizations such as the National Computer Security Association, Better Business Bureau, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

7. He may also delete the remote access into the program if it is needed to protect the database from hackers that attempt to break in the system and steal any confidential information from the website. If the software is often used in the system, he should be aware of the need to check regularly the system to ensure a free virus system.

8. He must screen all users that may want to enter the privacy information of the web site. He may assign them with registered user names with passwords that will allow them to open the restricted files of the web site.

Security precautions are very important in preventing any hackers who would like to break the restricted information sites. It is important that a person should be aware of the risks of being penetrated by hackers can steal files for their own interest and profit.
